LG Networks’ Engineers are responsible for day-to-day PC/Server support, ticketing system flow, coordinating support sessions with users and resolving high-level IT support issues. This position also assists with ongoing technology projects.

Additional responsibilities will include basic troubleshooting of workstations and printer issues, network connectivity problems, mail-flow complications, Active Directory and Group Policy requests, firewall configuration (including basic LAN/WAN and vLAN configuration and troubleshooting), server deployments (physical and ESXi), server and email migrations, server troubleshooting and all things networking.
