SEO Specialist

LG Networks, Inc. is a fast-growing, Dallas-based IT company. We provide IT support services to small and medium sized businesses throughout the DFW metroplex and beyond.

We are looking for an SEO specialist to help drive new business through keyword rankings and website traffic . The SEO specialist will be responsible for all SEO activities – but not limited to – content strategy, link building, keyword planning, social media outreach, and on-page audits. The ideal candidate will know how to turn page views into paying customers.

Note: This is an in-office position. We are considering applications only from those who can reliably commute to our office: 9441 Lyndon B Johnson Fwy in Dallas, TX. We are not accepting remote applications for this position.

Responsibilities

Be the primary person responsible for SEO objectives and strategies. We are not looking for just an ideas person. The ideal candidate is expected to lead the execution of these ideas with the help of the marketing staff.
Develop SEO strategies to optimize existing website content and structure in order to maximize traffic and conversion.
Assist in copywriting for website, email, and other marketing content.
Create marketing and promotional campaigns across different media (website, email, search ads, social media, one sheets, brochures, flyers, etc.).
Measure and report performance of all SEO marketing campaigns.
Conduct on-page SEO audits and perform necessary corrections to ensure SEO compliance

Required

2 – 3+ years’ work experience as a SEO Specialist
Portfolio of previous SEO projects.
Solid writing, proofreading, editing, and communication skills. This job will entail writing copy for website, email, social media, and other promotional content.
Experience managing Google Ads, SEO, and email campaigns.
Experience with SEO tools such as Semrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Screaming Monkey,
Knowledgeable in Google Search Console and Analytics and incorporating collected information into a marketing strategy.
Fundamental understanding of HTML,CSS, and WordPress

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or similar field of study.
Previous experience working with an IT company
1 – 5 years experience with WordPress
Strong candidates are expected to have experience working with Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere)
