Although the district’s phone system is currently offline, officials anticipate restoring it within the week. Meanwhile, customers can reach out using a temporary contact number at (469) 875-9815.
The majority of the district’s business network has been reinstated, with minimal impact on core services. However, an ongoing investigation, involving forensic experts, aims to determine the extent of unauthorized access and potential data breaches within the district.
